Karim is an experienced business professional with expertise in manufacturing, commercial financing, M&A, and business development, leveraging digital technology for strategic improvements. He holds a CPA and an MBA, along with advanced credentials in sales, negotiation, entrepreneurship, and technology from prestigious institutions like MIT and Harvard. Karim is passionate about outdoor activities, martial arts, and helping companies succeed in areas such as real estate financing, private equity, and government funding.
Jeremie Ouellette, BBA, CPA
Partner
Jeremie is a dedicated leader with expertise in accounting, business development, and finance, having held managerial roles and served as a General Manager and Director of Finance for a municipality. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a D.E.S.S in professional accounting, along with his CPA credentials, which have equipped him to excel in his field. In his free time, Jeremie enjoys hockey, golfing, and outdoor activities, helping him stay refreshed and focused on delivering value to his clients.
Jacques Dubé

Jacques Dubé is the President of Strategic Engagement Stratégique Chaleur Inc. and a business development partner with Fairview Consulting, with 40 years of experience in public sector management across all levels of government. He has held numerous senior executive roles, including Chief Administrative Officer of Halifax Regional Municipality and City Manager of Moncton, and has extensive board experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, Jacques serves as Vice-Chair of the Local Governance Commission of New Brunswick and holds leadership roles in the Rotary Club of Bathurst and Bathurst Marina Inc.
